We began a new study called “In the Dust of the Rabbi” by Ray Vander Laan on July 13 but you are welcome to join at anytime. The class meets on Saturday mornings in the Path classroom through August 10. The book is available on Amazon.com for $9.71 or the $6.99 for the Kindle version.

This event is for everyone who wants to join us. The “Chaos” care group has planned this service project and anyone age 5 and up is invited to help pack meals for hungry families all over the world. You will find this a fulfilling evening full of fun. Scholarships are available to those whose financial situation would prevent them from attending the Girls’ Get-away. We will issue scholarships based on need and funds availability. Every year Mountain Vista Riders, with the help of Mountain Vista Bible Church and donations, deliver 10 lbs. Christmas Hams to needy families. Donated hams are brought to our church the morning of December 23rd. After service, MVRiders deliver the hams to the families.

How you can participate:
Donate a 10lbs. ham and we will make sure your ham finds a good home!
Help Deliver the Hams: If you ride, we need your help delivering hams. We will divide into small groups of 2 or more riders. Each group will be provided with maps of the addresses to successfully deliver their hams.
Hams will be collected at Mountain Vista Bible Church on Sunday morning, December 23, before the 9:00 AM service.
The annual women’s Christmas Tea will be held at the worship center on Saturday, December 1. This year we will incorporate a White Elephant Gift Exchange. Watch the bulletin for more information and invite your friends!

This 12-week Beth Moore DVD study examines how believers can develop integrity in our modern-day Babylon, and then explores prophecies from the time of Daniel through the second coming of Christ. 'The Path' is moving...to Wednesday nights!!
Youth entering 7th grade up to 12th grade along with their parents, are invited to attend the first meeting. There will be games, snacks and Joe Buckingham will present his vision for the youth ministry.
MV Riders will have a Bake Sale to raise funds for their upcoming mission trip to Sturgis. They are going to join thousands of bikers and they will put Bibles into the hands of anyone who wants one. You can help support the mission by purchasing a few baked goods on Sunday morning.
Our FREE Vacation Bible School is themed "Shipwrecked" this year! It is open to children entering 1st-6th grades in the fall of 2018. Spaces are limited and pre-registration is required, you may register online at the link below.
Shipwrecked will operate Monday - Friday June 4-8 from 9-Noon. Snacks will be served daily (nut free, if there are additional allergies, please send a snack).
Each child will receive a free t-shirt along with other exciting goodies.
We will conclude with our Shipwrecked Extravaganza on Friday June 8th from 6:30-7:30 p.m. Please plan to join us for final VBS skit and music celebration, photo slide show of the weeks events and a dessert fellowship. All families and friends are welcome!
